此尊文殊菩萨像，发髻高耸，头戴宝冠，面容安详宁静，双眉与鼻梁汇成一直线，眼睑低垂，仪态慈悲庄严。菩萨肩披薄锦，腰饰璎珞，衣带锦帛绕臂而过，如云流转；下着帛裙，裙上亦系珠宝缀饰，裙褶顺畅，映衬着菩萨恬静优雅的姿态。双手各捻一茎齐肩绽放的莲花，右手持说法印，左手持禅定印。肩侧莲花蕊之上分别置摩尼宝与经奁。全跏趺坐与仰覆莲座之上，莲座上下缘刻饰细密整齐的连珠，立体分明，莲瓣瓣尖饰简易卷草纹。
