An engraved Danish silver hollow handle figural bottle opener executed in a cartoonish manner depicting a downtrodden man smoking. Engraved with the following, "Lille mand, hvad nu?" (Little Man, What Now?) with a stainless opener. Stamped verso with the pictorial purity mark of the Copenhagen Three Towers representing a minimum silver purity of 826/1000, date of 1933, and assay master marks of Frederick Fabritius and Johannes Siggaard. From a Rye Brook, NY estate. Dimensions: bottle opener measures approx. 3.25" in length. Condition Report Good with light surface scratches and minor dings/dents.
