此件玉璧为和阗白玉制成，玉质光洁凝润。器呈圆片形，中有小孔，两面皆以减地阳起技法琢刻纹饰。正面浮雕一龙一凤，龙身蜿蜒腾跃，四肢矫健，花尾分叉，极具动感。凤展翅而立，尖喙长颈，长尾飘荡，羽翅细节以短细阴线刻饰，柔美端庄。另一面随形阳刻篆书“龙凤呈祥”四字，如行云流水，古意悠悠。整件玉璧工料俱佳，具有鲜明的清中期风格特征，实为佩璧佳品。
