赏析：紫檀木中嵌老坑翡翠，雕刻两条螭龙盘立于镇纸中央，神态威严，形体雄浑，体现出刀法的利落。此器古朴典雅，作工精细，用料考究，乃清代文人心爱之物。镇纸，又称“书镇”，主要用以重压纸张或书册而不使其失散。此镇纸不惜耗材，精选珍贵紫檀木芯制成，中部嵌翠，两者合二为一，别又一番风味，是为清中期文房雅器。 来源：欧洲藏家旧藏。
