|说明：耀州窑瓷器的烧造最早始于晋，至北宋鼎盛一时，刻划纹饰以刀锋犀利而著称，是宋代北方代表性的窑场之一。本品为耀州窑刻花器典型代表，造型简洁，器形规整，敞口圆唇，弧腹浅坦，下承圈足，足内呈铁褐色，修胎干净利落，胎体坚致厚重。通体施以青釉，釉色青绿如橄榄，可见玻璃状开片。外壁无纹饰，盘内外周刻划缠枝花卉纹，玉璧形盘心内饰朵花纹，花叶丰润，脉纹清晰，所饰花纹刀法线条刚劲有力，线条寥寥，却生动传神，在青釉的映衬下浓淡相间，具有极好的视觉效果。
