Beautiful silver vase with lid, 950/000, Louis XVI, on a square ajour-sawn base with 4 curled legs with palmettes. The openwork vase features silver faces with swans, 2 grape vines and a sawn edge with oval pattern and floral decor. The vase has a round smooth lid with a pine cone as a button. The whole has a blue glass inner box and 2 twisted silver ears. MT.: LRRuchmann, Paris. 1793. With the hallmark of the Parisian association of gold and silversmiths. 1793. 13.5x27cm. Total about 731 grams. In very good condition.
