Circa 200-300 AD. An extremely fine set of Roman appliques and harness accessories with cylindrical circle decorations. The set consists of three beautiful formed buckles formed of silver, with pins still intact, four convex-shaped silver appliques, and two sections for a harness with beautiful incised circular decoration housed on the base, and decorated on the end with a knob-like terminal. Connected by a section of iron which has remained for nearly 2000 years. Size: L:Set of 5+: 6 - 120mm / W:6 - 110mm ; 190g. Provenance: From a private collection; previously was acquired from G. M. in London in 2017.
