signed LIFENGGONG, inscribed, and with one seal of the artist dated Xinsi year（1941） ink and color on paper, hanging scroll LI Fenggong(1884 – 1967),original name Fengting.He learnt painting from his father in his early age,and at the same time he studied the techniques of Western painting.Li taught painting at Guangzhou Municipal Art School and other institutions in Guangzhou.In 1925,Li migrated to Hong Kong and he continued teaching fine art.
