观音全跏趺端坐，头戴风帽，束髪高髻，顶饰化佛。菩萨面相方圆，双目下视稍翘，眉间饰白毫，直鼻高挺，双唇微开，唇角带笑，表情内省。菩萨颈及胸前饰璎珞，工艺繁琐华丽，做工精细，右手上举施与愿印，左手持净瓶。整像比例匀称，铸熔饱满，装饰繁复，庄重娴雅，不论从造型、风格、细节乃至观音纤细的体态，皆把握的恰到好处，神、形、气面面俱到。局部鎏金装饰，金水肥美，包浆醇厚典雅，极具艺术性和收藏价值。
