A BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN VASE AFTER WANG BU
China, 20th century. The rounded rectangular body rising from a slightly spreading foot to a short square neck with an everted rim, finely painted in the style of Wang Bu (1896-1968) on two sides with an immortal and his servant fishing and picking flowers, the other two sides depicting birds and ducks flying over grass and flowers. Artist seal next to the boy servant and studio mark ‘Yuan Wen Wu Guo zhi Zhai’ to the underside.
Condition: Very good condition with minor firing imperfections such as fritting to rim.
