此瓶为白玉质，温润细腻，瓶通体光亮润泽，直口，短颈，丰肩，扁平腹。瓶盖兽面纹饰,盖钮镂雕螭龙纹，威严雄伟；颈部旁出活环耳，颈部蕉叶纹，瓶身饰以竹叶纹，典雅清秀。瓶身两旁圆雕一观音及一童子，观音宽衣大袍，面部清秀，手持宝瓶与经卷，童子欢快可爱。布局和谐，取送子观音之寓意，祝愿多子多福。此瓶细琢精光，突出了雕工与玉质之美，配以红木嵌银丝底座，工可赏，质可品，趣亦雅秀，古意沉沉。拍品原配红木嵌银丝底座。来源：法国藏家旧藏。
