A PALE GREYISH-GREEN JADE FLATTENED BALUSTER VASE AND COVERLATE QING DYNASTYThe vase is carved on one side with a rocky landscape with a pine tree and an antlered deer below swooping cranes. The reverse is carved with two Buddhist lions contesting a beribboned ball. The neck is flanked by a pair of beast-head handles suspending loose rings and the cover is surmounted by two Buddhist lions grasping each other’s tails.
