玉牌白玉质，玉质洁白莹润。金蝉为传说中的灵物，三足，能旺财，后被刘海收伏，遂有刘海戏金蟾，步步洒金钱之语。玉牌以此为题，正面浮雕刘海戏金蟾，雕工写意，刘海面带微笑，手持一绳挂一串铜钱，衣饰线条流畅，金蟾雕琢生动传神，刀法娴熟。刘海四处洒金钱，济危扶困，是准财神。金蟾，财富的象征，对金钱极敏感，刘海戏金蟾，寓意财富聚集，财源滚滚而来。背面开光雕刻凤鸟纹，浮雕“同心”篆书。牌头为卷云纹。牌子整体雕工细腻，玉质洁白，玩味十足。
