挂件白玉质，色白质润，带褐金沁。巧以褐金色作鹿皮，童子低首而立，头饰发髻，左手上举拽住鹿皮，右臂屈曲于胸前、手提用以盛放鹿乳之桶，身着宽松长衫，双膝微曲，咧嘴而笑，欢喜之情溢于言表。典故出自古代二十四孝，东周郯子求鹿乳为母治眼疾。此白玉摆件择玉料的色泽巧雕而成，器型小巧，寓意深刻。十分适合作为收藏佩戴。
