范生福 1939年生于江苏无锡。上海非物质文化遗产连环画继承人。历任中国美术家协会会员、国际美术家联合会会员、《连博》杂志主编、《连环画艺术》编委。曾获“1997年西班牙双年展三等奖”、“2012年中国国际漫画节个人成就奖”，代表作有《芦荡小英雄》、《卖饼》、《林中小猎人》。
Fan Shengfu was born in Wuxi, Jiangsu in 1939. As a heir to the Shanghai intangible cultural heritage, he has served as a member of China Artists Association and International Federation of Artists, editor of journals of Lian Bo and Comic Art. Fan is the owner of the Third Prize of 1997 Spanish Biennale and Personal Achievement Award of 2012 China International Comics Festival. His representative works include The Little Hero of Lu Dang, Selling Cakes and The Little Hunter in the Forest.
