潘德海 1956年生于吉林四平。1982年毕业于东北师范大学艺术系油画专业。曾在深圳大学艺术中心从事艺术设计，云南省地矿局中学美术教师。代表作有《掰开的苞米—凝结了的粒子》、《掰开的苞米—后山》、《掰开的苞米—八月 》。
Pan Dehai was born in Siping, Jilin province in 1956. He graduated from Oil Painting of Art Department of Northeast Normal University in 1982. He served as a designer in the Art Center of Shenzhen University and worked as a teacher of fine art in the Yunnan Provincial Geological Prospecting Bureau Middle School. His representative works include Broken Corn—Maize Grains, Broken Corn-The Mountain Behind and Broken Corn—August.
