手卷。設色紙本。款  識：隆慶辛未秋杪寫，彭城錢穀。 鈐  印：錢穀之印（白）、叔寶父（白） 藏  印：味燈書屋（朱）、朱持士收藏印（朱）作者簡介：錢穀　字叔寶，自號罄室，吳縣(今江蘇蘇州)人。隨文徵明學畫，山水爽朗可愛，蘭竹兼妙，翩翩不名其師學，而自騰踔於藝苑名公間。善書，亦手錄古文金石書幾萬卷。
