A BRONZE HALF LENGTH BUST OF A GREEK WARRIORAFTER THE RIACE BRONZES, LATE 20TH CENTURY On modern stand108cm high overall, approximately 58cm wideThe two bronze figures were first discovered in 1972 on the ocean floor 200 metres off Riace, Southern Italy. After conservation they are now displayed in the Museo Nazionale della Magna Grecia. This would seem to be a part cast of Statue A, the younger warrior who people have suggested may be a depiction of Tydeus.
