This is a gorgeous Chinese green cloisonne beaded necklace. It has a gold secure clasp and it has a stamp but I truly can't make it out. Maybe the number 10? The beads have gorgeous floral designs on them and all beads are present. This does need to be cleaned and overall in beautiful condition with some minor wear.
