2nd third 18th century, Probably Salem. This fine example with rectangular molded one board top with molded edge. The conforming hinged one board leaves projecting above a well defined scalloped apron. Raised on angular cabriole legs terminating finely carved ball and talon feet. SIZE: 28″ h x 17″ w (closed) x 48″ l. 48″ x 48″ (open). CONDITION: Table retains old polished surface, the top with darkened water stain. With good dark patina and rich brown color.
