Late Period, Ca. 664-332 BC A beaded mask in the form of a human face with a neutral, idealised expression. The face consists of large, trapezoid eyes, long, thin eyebrows, a broad nose, and small mouth with lips slightly open, displaying white teeth. The mask is formed of a selection of faience beads including apple-green beads forming the skin tone, red beads establishing a long broad nose, black beads outlining the eyes, eyebrows and pupils, the sclera and teeth formed in white beads.For a similar see:Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien, Accession Number: 10060.
