A wooden figure carved in the round as a male deity resting on the back of a tiger, integral semi-circular plinth below, the figure depicted bearded with long ears, recessed circular eyes, broad nose and small mouth, posed with one arm raised and one held at the chest, wearing a headdress and a short-sleeved garment with hatched texture, stylised detailing to the animal's rounded ears, face and eyes; rectangular recess with removable panel to reverse; remains of gilding; typed identification label to the base. 648 grams, 25 cm high (9 7/8 in.)
