A miniature bow broochposed of a semi-circular headplate with rectangular lappets, repeated on the foot, decorated with stamped clusters of dots, carinated bow and remains of tapering footplate decorated with horizontal slashes; remains of pin lug and catchplate to reverse. 5.52 grams, 33 mm (1 1/4 in.) Found whilst searching with a metal detector, Isle of Wight, UK, on 5 February 2017. Recorded by Isle of Wight Portable Antiquities Scheme Liaison Officer with reference numbers SZ 39651 and BNG 86956. Apanied by a copy of Portable Antiquities Scheme report no.IOW-08E011.
