鄒森均曾在宜蘭縣立文化中心舉辦個展，受邀宜蘭縣藝術學會「中、韓美術交流」聯展、「凝視生活的感受」油畫個展、中華大學藝文中心「靜謐的詩語」黑白攝影個展等，對於田野自然與鄉村人情有敏銳的觀察，親身感受與土地共融的每一刻，成為他創作的動力與靈感。畫家擅長用油畫厚實的基調，呈現風景畫流動的美感，感性揮灑出對於土地的熱切情感。
鄒森均時常在畫中使用大量的暖色調、土黃色系，這是他對土地的一種依戀，也是對環境及生命的沉思。藝術有形式之別，但無國界之分，鄒森均在作品的抒發和演繹上，不但具有紓緩壓力之效，無形之中也經由視野進而影響心靈的藝術療癒。
