A CLAIR-DE-LUNE-GLAZED PORCELAIN BOWLChina, Republic period (1912-1949). The elegant bowl is finely potted with deep rounded sides rising from a straight foot to an everted rim, covered on the exterior with a pale blue glaze and decorated in gold with stylized floral roundels, the interior glazed white. The base with an apocryphal six-character Qianlong mark within a double square.Condition: Excellent condition with only very minor wear and firing flaws.Provenance: German private collection, acquired c. 2014 in the British trade.
