A CHINESE EXPORT SILVER ‘DRAGON’ FOUR-PIECE (4) OPIUM SET CHINA, LATE QING DYNASTY, EARLY 20TH CENTURY It is composed of four (4) pieces: an oval four-legged tray with a reticulated gallery; a small oval four-legged tray; a three-legged circular pot of medium size; a three-legged circular box of bigger size. The two oval dishes are engraved with a four-clawed dragon flying amidst clouds whilst the two circular pot are deeply chiseled with a similar design. Three pieces bears an identical mark, possibly that of the maker.
