TWO CARVED AGATE SNUFF BOTTLES19th century prising: a macaroni agate bottle, carved with a rooster and quails amongst sprays of millet issuing from rockwork, quartz stopper; and apressed agate bottle, carved to each side with bands of archaistic designs incorporating beast masks, stud and pommel scroll motifs, the stone suffused with moss green flecks to one side.
