录文：道徽之丰茂宏丽，下笔而刚决不滞。挥翰墨而厚实深沉，等渔父之乘流鼓枻。
郑孝胥，字苏戡，一字太夷，号海藏。福建福州人。光绪八年（1882）举人，曾历任广西边防大臣，安徽广东按察使，湖南布政使等。1932年任伪满洲国总理大臣兼文教总长。善楷书，取径欧阳询及苏轼，得力于北碑，所作苍劲朴茂。为诗坛“同光体”倡导者之一。
款识：赓陶仁兄大雅属，孝胥。
