缪嘉蕙，字素筠。昆明人。通书史，善篆隶，尤工画。嫁予陈氏，早年孀居。光绪年间入宫为供奉给事。甚受孝钦后宠爱，人们称她为缪先生。相传孝钦之画，多为她代作。
款识：壬午秋七月既望，拟南田老人法，滇南女史缪嘉蕙。
