沈尹默（1883-1971），原名君默，字秋明，号君墨，别号鬼谷子。浙江湖州人。现代书法大家。曾为北京大学教授、校长，辅仁大学教授，中央文史馆副馆长，上海文联副主席，上海中国画院画师，上海书法篆刻研究会首任主任委员。
郭味蕖，原名忻，后改慰劬、味蘧、味蕖，曾用别号汾阳王孙、浮翁，晚号散翁，堂号知鱼堂、二湘堂、疏园等。山东潍坊人。擅花鸟兼及山水。历任中央美院中国画讲师、国画系花鸟科主任，中国美术家协会会员。
款识：用受多福。尹默先生教之。辛丑五月，味蕖写于京华。
