Both vases with later threaded bolt and nut- repaired to stem around band 2 cm above laurel mount, small chipping around base of main body, and chip to foot. 1st vase- encircling band does not meet 'neatly'- brass screw head fixing, slight colour variance of plinth base2nd vase- neater meet, old solder work around steel screw head, one satyr mask loose and with glue deposit and later screw to base - other side with projecting screw
