A FRAGMENTARY MASK DEPICTING THE RONDANINI MEDUSA ITALIAN, 19TH CENTURY Carved from red Porphyry- possibly Profido del'Elba, and now on a Spanish broccatello socle 18.5cm high overall, 11cm wideProvenance: Property from the Kingshott CollectionFor a similar marble relief see Sotheby's Noblesse Oblige, 14th April 2011, lot 271. Edge losses, later base
