整像硕大厚重，发髻高耸，面容丰盈安详，双目微合似正在念诵经文。身披法衣，双手于胸前合十，跣足，呈全跏趺坐。最为引人注目的当属菩萨身侧探出的手臂，前臂与手腕的曲折微妙变化，每一手中皆握法器，象征遍济大千世界。
