玉剑珌是剑鞘末端的玉质装饰物。剑珌以高古玉之作，品次很高，以汉代最盛。汉以后逐渐淡出。此玉剑珌大部沁蚀较重，皮壳浑厚，露窗处可见白玉种，玉质温润熟糯。双面减地琢磨兽面纹，一端有孔，用以镶嵌固定，另一端琢磨卷云纹。此器时代特征明显，开门度极高，购藏佳品。
