玉质洁白、温润，包浆厚泽自然。器表面解玉砂琢磨、抛光痕和橘皮纹特征明显。玉佩成璜形，两端应为凤首。以减地起阳浮雕圆形凤眼，巨喙，凤冠从脑后上扬前屈。凤首下端为两道打洼弦纹和方格纹。玉佩有三个孔，用以平衡穿系。此玉佩端庄大气，造型独特，为收藏之重器。
