本柄如意采用了掐丝珐琅嵌玉工艺，底色为深沉的蓝色，用掐丝添色表现了西番莲、云蝠纹、缠枝花卉等纹饰，掐丝精细，色彩艳而不俗。三块儿玉瓦子，洁白油润，皆浮雕云龙纹，工艺精湛，尽显威武的气势。边沿以及瓦子周圈等处皆鎏金，金水厚重，显得富丽堂皇。背面居中位置开窗署“乾隆年制”字样。在老旧流苏的映衬下，这柄如意宝光四射，尽显华美。
