玉质洁白温润，皮壳自然浑厚，大部分受红、黄、褐色沁，沁重部分玉质有老化绺裂现象。主体纹饰为弯体匍匐的螭龙，矫健生动。另一面为浅浮雕兽面纹。该剑珌尺寸硕大，比较罕见，应非实用器。
