白玉质，大部分受黄褐色沁，包浆自然厚泽。壁分三区，外区为环状，双面满工浮雕卷云纹；中区镂空雕三只首尾相连的S形龙；内区为环状，亦双面满工，浮雕加阴线琢饰卷云纹。此玉壁布局生动，工艺精良，纹饰华美，把玩或配饰美品。
