白玉种，玉质温润致密，包浆厚实，大面积有红、黄色沁，局部沁蚀较重，出现玉质解理变化。卮分盖、杯两部分。盖正面浅浮雕龙纹，正中方形盖钮，带一圆形活环。盖沿等距半圆雕三只展翅凤鸟，凤鸟头面部呈现人面五官特征，十分奇特。杯为圆筒状，把手为凤鸟状。杯身浅浮雕龙凤纹，双边对称啄治衔环兽面，有熊形三足。卮是古代酒器，后逐渐成为礼器和陈设器。本品器形高贵典雅，纹饰华美，工艺精湛，是为古代玉器收藏之重器！
