白玉材质，玉质感十足。略呈方形，又有曲线之美。方形足的上部饰蕉叶纹，肩部是两周紧密连接的绳纹，口部装饰倒蕉叶纹，瓶口和盖子外沿是回纹，覆斗式盖子之上连接着方形钮。瓶颈部及瓶身前后偏下部，共雕四个铺首衔活环耳，给该玉瓶增加了不小的难度。此盖瓶取材上乘，器形优美，装饰手法多样，工艺复杂，因此弥足珍贵。
