此玉勒子形制特殊，为三角形，纹饰为经典的神人兽面纹。双层弦纹下，阴刻双眼，棱角巧作鼻梁，区隔左右脸部，嘴巴以凹槽表现。整体刻绘虽简洁，却生动得勾勒出神人兽面形象。玉勒周身沁色包裹，古雅动人。此玉勒根据形制及纹饰判断，有可能是古代玉琮当时老改而成，疑是玉琮一角。中间有穿孔，可穿系佩戴。
