A photocopy of the original receipt is available with this lot.There are some marks, scratches, knocks, chips and abrasions consistent with age and use. Stalk is the right shape- and looks to be fruitwood but feels a little 'sharp' and may be a later replacementThere is some colour variation with some possible sun fading to the front/top. There is a small crack adjacent to the exterior lock. Some fine cracks to the interior of the lid. The lining largely flaked and lacking.There is no key, the lock is open.
