此件扳指选用上等和阗白玉籽料雕成，玉质细腻，色泽柔美。器体一端内凹，一端微凸，鼓凸一端雕饰一周勾连云纹。外壁刻有人物驭马纹饰，一人手持缰绳，赶着一匹矫健的骏马，人物及马皆作奔走状。周围山石嶙峋，苍松斜插，意境高深。另一面镂空雕有一片“米”字纹，上端崖壁上阴刻“喜逢双进”四字，寓意好事连连。整器造型规矩，纹饰独特，寓意吉祥，工艺精湛，品质甚高。
