此件器物为和阗青白玉质地，玉质细腻，局部带有璞皮。整体雕作河蚌形，一侧开口，中部掏空。表面装饰多层圆弧形的生长纹，表面利用玉料自带的僵皮高浮雕一只小鬼，作跳跃舞动的形态，造型生动诡异。整件器物题材稀见，应为辟邪驱魔之物，构思巧妙，玩趣甚浓。顶端有一对小孔，可供系挂。
