Sergei Mikhailovich Shulga (1965-?), Russian painter, studied painting at the Bryansk College of Art from 1985-89. He then trained in the studio of Professor M.V. Shmyrov at the I.A. Repin Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg from 1989-94. He has lived in Berlin-Köpenick since 2005.
