「大明宣德年制」六字楷书款炉黄铜质，胎体厚实，短束颈，肩两侧铸饰双戟耳，双耳饱满而委婉流畅，扁鼓腹低垂，下承浅圈足。炉壁宽厚，上手极具分量，且体表光洁莹润，宛若肌肤。亦可见铜质至精至纯。与诸炉不同的是，斯炉装饰尽在双耳之变化，双耳犹如圆润而灵动的卧蚕，肥活而富有动感，使原本刚毅冷峻的铜炉赋予了静中有动的生机，在沉稳敦厚之中，流露轻灵俊秀之貌。通体皮色沉静，成就以熟栗之色为底，漆古沉入，墨晕其上，略红深栗，宣炉古色，亦显贵气，微抚即亮，微温即润，厚泽细腻，非官器不能也。A Bronze CenserMing Dynasty
