药师佛全跏趺坐于莲花宝座之上，左手腹前结禅定印托钵，右手置膝呈握持诃子状，诃子憾失。头顶螺发，排列规整，肉髻高耸，面相方圆。眉间有白毫，双目微瞌，五官略有棱角，嘴形小巧圆润。线条简洁明快，身形饱满，手指逼真写实，肌肉、手足均富有几乎肉眼可见弹性，躯体比例适度，结构合理。上着袒右肩式袈裟，下着长裙，衣纹装饰简单，仅衣缘錾刻繁密的阴刻花朵纹饰。莲座高大，上下缘饰连珠纹，莲瓣扁平规整，花瓣层层开阖，尺寸均一，上下交错排列，层次出众且瓣尖微凸，造型干净利落，强调隆重的庄严感。
