造像采用合金铜铸造，铜色细腻光亮。弯眉长目，高鼻挺直与眉相连，上有白毫，神态内省。耳垂环珰。颈饰项圈，袒上身。腰背挺直，下着长裙。衣纹运用了萨尔纳特的表现手法，仅在衣缘、袖口、裸足处饰连珠纹带，裙边刻有几何图案纹饰，华丽精美，工艺极为精湛。结跏趺坐于仰覆莲束腰台座之上，主臂两手于胸前合什，其余两手分别执念珠与莲花。此尊四臂观音铜质精良，包浆厚重透亮，神态并非程式化的造像，而是眉目传神，是一件佛教艺术佳作。
