Painter and draughtsman, López Ramón trained at the School of Fine Arts of Sant Jordi, in Barcelona, and was a disciple of José Mongrell. He became known through official exhibitions, such as the Spring Exhibitions and the Montjuic Salons held in Barcelona, and also took part in the National Fine Arts Exhibitions of 1942 and 1944. Outside Spain, he took part in the Spanish Art Exhibition held in Philadelphia (USA) in 1932, where he was awarded an Honourable Mention. He regularly exhibited individually in his native city, mainly in the Sala Gaspar. He is currently represented in various Catalan collections, both private and public.
