云肩为古代中国传统衣饰，绕脖一周，佩戴于肩。因多做成如意朵云式，并多以彩锦绣制而成，如雨后云霞映日，故称之为“云肩”。云肩起源最早可追溯于汉代画像石中神仙所着之羽衣，敦煌唐代壁画中的贵族妇女，隋代观音像亦有披云肩者。此云肩尺寸巨大，以石青地缎平金绣行龙纹衣料拼接成形，辅以红绸镶边制成，龙纹双目圆睁，生动凶猛，气势磅礴，观其形制为供奉神像穿戴所用。
